VENDOR INFORMATION

for HOLIDAY HANDMADE NORTH POLE

  • FREE to apply to either or both weekends: December 15-17 or December 22-24. If applying, you are committing to the entire market - no exceptions.

  • These are juried markets. You can not "sign up" or "join". You must first apply and you will be notified after the jury meets to evaluate applications. Acceptance to one market does not guarantee acceptance to the other.

  • This is a 3-day indoor market in a climate-controlled space. Pricing for a 10' x 10' vendor indoor booth space, including electricity, is $439, due within two weeks of acceptance. Pricing for a 6' x 6' indoor booth space, including electricity, is $319, due within two weeks of acceptance.

  • In an effort to secure vendors' schedules, the jury will be meeting weekly and rolling notifications will be sent.

  • Booth sharing IS allowed. Vendors seeking to share a booth must apply separately, mentioning the other vendor and their desire to share in their application. Both vendors must be accepted separately by the jury before being allowed to share a booth. After acceptance, booth fees will be split in half plus a $15 sharing fee per vendor.

  • Market hours are Fridays 4-8pm (ticketed event), Saturdays 11-6pm and Sundays 11-4pm. Load-in and setup will occur on Thursday and Friday, with load-out on Sunday night. On the last day of the last weekend (Xmas Eve), vendors will be allowed to begin packing up as of 2pm to get back to their families!

  • Firsthand requires all vendors to have printed signage displayed at their booth which includes their logo/brand as well as contact information (phone number, website or social media handle). Sign must measure at least 6 square feet. See this page for details on the policy and why it's a problem that you don't already have a sign!

  • Creative lighting is encouraged! Low-voltage/low-heat LED lights are recommended.
