B&B is a ticketed, 21+ event (ticket details to-be-released this summer by the Orchard). Over 20 breweries and vineyards converge to serve their best beverages. We intersperse 20+ artisan vendors throughout the event. Applicants' products should be specifically geared to an adult, drinkin' crowd! Vendors and booth helpers must all be 21+.

Winterfest

Winterfest is a free family event and we're excited to be back in 2024! Winterfest is the grand opening of the Orchard's 40-foot Christmas tree and heralds the arrival of Santa Claus and his reindeer! There's food, drink, art and lots of fun! Applicants' products should be geared towards holiday gifts! Apply now!

ALL THE VENDOR DETAILS!

  • FREE to apply.

  • These are juried markets. You can not "sign up" or "join". You must apply and you will be notified if you are accepted by the jury.

  • Market Location. Orchard Town Center, Westminster, Colorado, along Town Center Drive between 146th and 147th Avenues (street closure). The market is adjacent to restaurants, a brewery and national retail like Macy's, Zales and others.

  • Booth Fee. Pricing for a 10' x 10' outdoor booth space is $129. Upon your acceptance, you will secure your booth space with a $30 deposit. The balance will be due July 19 (Brews & Barrels) or August 23 (Winterfest).

  • Market hours are 4-8pm. Setup will occur from 1:30-3:30pm.

  • Booth Sharing. Booth sharing is allowed. Both sharing vendors must apply separately and mention the other in their application. Upon the acceptance of both, an administrative charge of $20 ($10 per vendor) will be added to the booth fee.

  • Firsthand requires all vendors to have printed signage displayed at their booth which includes their logo/brand as well as contact information (phone number, website or social media handle). Sign must measure at least 6 square feet. Get more info on the requirement here.

  • No refunds or rain checks will be offered in case of cancellation due to weather.
